EP Cybertools was founded in 2024 by Eduardo D. Pino, a network and security engineer based in Santiago, Chile, with more than a decade of hands-on experience in enterprise network infrastructure, DNS architecture, and email security hardening. The idea was simple but urgent: professional-grade cybersecurity diagnostic tools should not be locked behind expensive enterprise licenses or limited to specialists who can afford them.
Too many small businesses, independent developers, and emerging-market IT teams lack access to the same diagnostic capabilities that Fortune 500 security operations centers take for granted. A startup founder trying to debug DMARC failures, a sysadmin troubleshooting SPF alignment issues, or a developer verifying SSL certificate chains should not need to pay hundreds of dollars per month for tools that are fundamentally just queries to publicly accessible data sources.
EP Cybertools was built to close that gap. From day one, the platform has operated on a free-first philosophy: every core diagnostic tool — DNS lookup, DKIM validator, SPF checker, DNSSEC analysis, SSL/TLS certificate inspection, IP geolocation, ASN lookup, reverse DNS, traceroute, port scanner, and many more — is available without registration, without a subscription, and without rate-limiting for reasonable use.

We do not permanently log the domains, IP addresses, or queries you submit. Your reconnaissance stays yours — nothing is stored, sold, or used for profiling.

Eduardo D. Pino is a network and security engineer with over ten years of experience designing, operating, and securing complex network infrastructure across enterprise, cloud, and service provider environments. His technical specializations include DNS infrastructure engineering, email security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC/BIMI), SSL/TLS, firewall architecture, VPN design, and post-quantum cryptography.
He holds the CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification and is actively working toward the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). EP Cybertools is Eduardo's effort to give back to the security community — making diagnostic and analytical capabilities universally accessible.
