By accessing and using EP Cybertools ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
Permission is granted to access and use EP Cybertools for personal and commercial diagnostic and security purposes, subject to the following restrictions:
- You may not use the tools for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You may not attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits
- You may not use automated systems to abuse the service
- You must only scan or test systems you own or have explicit authorization to test
- You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- All use must be in accordance with our Ethical Use Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized access: Probing, scanning, or testing systems without explicit permission from the owner
- Malicious hacking: Any form of intrusion, exploitation, or unauthorized manipulation of systems or networks
- Stalkerware & surveillance: Using tools to build, deploy, or assist software designed to covertly monitor individuals
- DRM circumvention: Bypassing digital rights management or content protection
- Doxxing & harassment: Collecting or publishing private information about individuals for harmful purposes
- Spam infrastructure: Using email analysis tools to identify or exploit mail servers for sending unsolicited messages
- Criminal activity: Any use that facilitates illegal activity under any applicable law
EP Cybertools provides free cybersecurity and networking tools. We reserve the right to:
- Limit usage rates to ensure fair access for all users
- Modify or discontinue any tool without prior notice
- Block access for abuse or violation of these terms
The tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EP Cybertools does not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- Results obtained from the tools will be accurate or reliable for all use cases
- Any errors in the software will be corrected
In no event shall EP Cybertools be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the tools, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or security incidents resulting from reliance on tool output.
Users are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any data processed through our tools
- Ensuring they have proper authorization to scan or test target systems
- Using all tools ethically, legally, and responsibly
- Protecting any account credentials associated with the service
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on EP Cybertools are owned by their respective owners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Our site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (including DNS resolvers, IP databases, and certificate authorities). We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of service.
We implement rate limiting to ensure fair usage and service stability. Excessive automated requests may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions without prior notice.
