01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EP Cybertools website and its diagnostic services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

EP Cybertools reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to periodically review this page for changes.

02. Ethical Use & Authorized Access Only

Our cybersecurity tools are intended exclusively for defensive security, diagnostic verification, authorized penetration testing, educational research, and network administration on systems you own or have explicit, documented written authorization to audit. Any use that exceeds this scope is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable computer crime laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and international equivalents.

03. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using EP Cybertools:

  • Scanning, probing, or testing systems without authorization
  • Automated scraping, data harvesting, or bot access
  • Circumventing security measures or access controls
  • Harassment, stalking, or collecting personal data (doxxing)
  • Using results to facilitate illegal activities
  • Attempting to compromise our infrastructure or API
  • Reselling or white-labeling our services without written agreement
  • Misrepresenting diagnostic results to deceive third parties

04. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on EP Cybertools, including but not limited to source code, tool implementations, educational documentation, branding elements, illustrations, and the overall platform design are the intellectual property of Eduardo D. Pino / EP Cybertools and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial diagnostic purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks, service marks, and logos referenced on this platform belong to their respective owners. Mention of third-party products or services does not constitute an endorsement.

05. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. EP CYBERTOOLS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Diagnostic results are provided for informational purposes only and should be independently verified before making security decisions. IP geolocation, WHOIS data, and DNS records may be outdated or inaccurate due to propagation delays and third-party data source limitations.

06. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EP CYBERTOOLS, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;
  • Any reliance placed on the accuracy or completeness of diagnostic results;
  • Unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your transmissions or data;
  • Any third-party content or services accessible through or from the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed USD 0.00 or the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

07. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

EP Cybertools respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to [email protected] containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief; and (5) a declaration under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.

We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing pending our investigation, and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

08. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of courts located in the United States.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

09. Advertising

This site uses Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Advertising helps fund the free tools we provide. All advertisements are clearly labeled.
